Gibson House hosts holiday plant sale

Holiday gifts from the garden will be featured at a plant sale hosted by the Gibson House Gardeners from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Gibson House, 512 Gibson Road in Woodland.

This event will be in conjunction with Santa Saturday, which includes Santa Claus arriving on a vintage fire truck.

Plants suitable for holiday giving will include ivy topiaries, wreath-making materials, succulent gardens, dried herbs, garden seeds and a wide variety of herbs, scented geraniums, bulbed flowers, native plants, trees and shrubs.

For information, call the museum office at 530-666-1045 between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays.
