Gratitude is the attitude for Gibson House Writers

By From page A4 | November 17, 2013

Members of the Gibson House Writers group are invited to bring responses to the prompt “Gratitude for the Past and Present” when they meet from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 23, at 512 Gibson Road in Woodland.

Sponsored by the Gibson House and Yolo County Historical Museum, the group welcomes new members and visitors. The group includes published and unpublished writers in the areas of fiction, nonfiction and memoir. Members read their work and receive feedback at monthly Saturday meetings.

A $10 donation is suggested but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Reservations are encouraged because space is limited. Interested writers may contact Kristine Mietzner at 707-319-4228 or [email protected].
