The death of a loved one can be a life-changing event. As you move forward from the loss and learn to adjust to it, it is common to look for extra support. Establishing new goals, facing the changes in your life and moving forward are acts of will.

The group environment of Moving Forward: Reinvesting in Life After Loss allows for support, understanding and discussion of these changes. This support group is for those who have experienced loss and are seeking support as they move through their grief and onto reinvesting in life.

The group meets from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays from Feb. 11 to March 11, at Yolo Hospice, 1909 Galileo Court, Suite A, in South Davis. Registration spots are still open. It is recommended that at least one year has passed since your loss prior to joining this group.

There is no charge for participation. For more information or to register, call Yolo Hospice Bereavement Services at 530-601-5756.
