Harper Junior High School Principal Zena Ingles will host the monthly Harper Family Center coffee Thursday morning with a discussion on “A General Overview of the Common Core Standards with an Emphasis on College and Career Readiness.” The event begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Harper Family Center, Room J-57.

Harper has established programs such as AVID and the Freshman Showcase, which prepare students for their years beyond high school. Come and hear what more Harper is doing to meet these new requirements. Parents of elementary and junior high school-aged students are invited to attend.
