Holiday shoppers can fill their baskets at Farmers Market

Stock up on everything you need for your Thanksgiving table at the Davis Farmers Market pre-Thanksgiving market from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday in Central Park, Fourth and C streets in Davis.

More than 60 farmers, bakers and crafters will fill the market with organic produce, farm-fresh fall fruits and vegetables, local eggs and honey, bread and baked goods, dried fruit and nuts, pies, flowers, and table decorations. Free copies of Thanksgiving Feast Display recipes from “The Davis Farmers Market Cookbook” will be available at the market shed.

From 1 to 4 p.m., hear live Americana music by the Putah Creek Crawdads at the market shed.
