De-Stress Your Life
Do you often experience tiredness or have so many worries and responsibilities that you can’t keep up with the daily grind? Do you have trouble keeping your life in balance and control and get easily angry?

You may be interested in learning how to “De-Stress Your Life” in a class offered by Mykim Tran, a motivational speaker and certified nutrition and wellness consultant. She will help participants understand stress and discuss different methods for keeping life in balance, controlling anger and frustration, and examine practical coping strategies to take control of stress and tough life situations.

The class meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Veterans’ Memorial Center, 203 E. 14th St. The fee is $25; students must be age 18 or older. Register at the city of Davis Community Services Office, 600 A St., Suite C, or online at www.cityofdavis.org. For more information, call 530-757-5626.
