Pamela Ronald, co-author of the book “Tomorrow’s Table: Organic Farming, Genetics, and the Future of Food,” will discuss how to feed the word’s growing population without further destroying the environment in a free presentation Friday evening in downtown Davis.

Sponsored by the UC Davis Genome Center and SAY-IT, her talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Pence Gallery, 212 D St. Following the lecture, there will be ample time for discussions with the scientists, while enjoying light refreshments.

For more information, visit www-sf.ucdavis.edu/say-it. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP to David Segal at djsegal@ucdavis.edu, for planning purposes.
