The Friends of the Davis Public Library plans its next bi-monthly book sale from Friday, Aug. 2, through Sunday, Aug. 4, at the library, 315 East 14th St.

On Friday, members only get first crack at the books from noon to 2 p.m., with the general public allowed from 2 to 7 p.m.

Saturday’s hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for everyone. Additionally, patrons will have the option of purchasing a bag of books for $15 and a “Friends of the Library” tote bag will be given free while supplies last.

On Sunday, the sale runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. People may bring a bag and fill it for $5 per bag, and better books will be half price.
The sale now takes all credit/debit cards.
