Logos Books plans a busy November

French and Spanish speakers, as well as poetry lovers, will find a welcoming home in November at Logos Books, 513 Second St. in downtown Davis.

La Table Française meets the second Wednesday of every month from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.; the next meeting is Wednesday, Nov. 14. El Círculo Español meets the third Monday of every month from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.; the next meeting is Monday, Nov. 19.

Logos also will host local poets Denise Lichtig and Emmanuel Sigauke, reading from their respective works on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 7:30 p.m. Signed chap books will be for sale at the reception following the reading. All are welcome.
