Make a connection at Monday café

By From page A3 | January 09, 2014

After a holiday break, the city of Davis’ 7th and A Connections Café will reopen Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. The weekly café is an opportunity for local residents to drop in and enjoy entertainment, have pleasant conversation, sit in a quiet side room with a cup of coffee to study, or get up to speed with the digital age.

The café is in the Valente Room at 646 A St. (the corner of Seventh and A streets). It will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday but will reopen on Monday, Jan. 27.

Connections Café participants are invited to bring their own computer devices if they have questions about how to use them.

Vendors, sponsors and entertainers are welcome. For more information, call 530-753-5206.
