From page A7 | December 19, 2014 |

The Davis Shambhala Center offers a free introduction to meditation every Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at 133 D St., Suite H, in downtown Davis. Meditation instruction, discussion time and practice are included.

The center also offers a free “Foundations of Shambhala” class every Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Questions, discussions and fellowship are offered around Shambhala Buddhism and meditation — what it is, how it is applicable to daily life and what it offers.
