Men will talk about Mendocino conference

For 24 years, Davis men — fathers and sons, men’s groups, young men and elders alike — have been attending the annual Redwood Men’s Conference in Mendocino, held over Memorial Day weekend.

“We welcome all men who are curious about the collective healing process and the deep meaning that comes from sitting shoulder to shoulder, and talking from the heart, to join us as we meet locally to described our experiences of this unique and wonderful annual three-day conference,” a news release said.

On Saturday, May 3, at 4 p.m., men who have been attending the conference will give testimonials and answer questions. The meeting will be in the small conference room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.
