Military expert talks about women under pressure

This week’s guest is Elizabeth M. Norman, R.N., Ph.D., a professor at New York University and the author of “Women at War: The Story of Fifty Military Nurses Who Served in Vietnam.”

Norman also is the co-author with Michael Norman of “Tears in the Darkness: The Story of the Bataan Death March and Its Aftermath,” a New York Times bestseller. She will discuss the resilience of average women during extraordinary times.
