NAMI-Yolo invites mental health consumers, family members, friends and concerned citizens to its next monthly potluck dinner and meeting on Wednesday from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the community room at the Episcopal Church of St. Martin, 640 Hawthorn Lane in Davis.

The community room is at the rear of the church, accessible from the parking lot and from the Hawthorn Lane front entrance. Participation is free.

The speaker will be Sandra Sigrist, a licensed clinical social worker and program director of Turning Point Community Programs. She will lead a panel discussion on housing options for clients with mental health issues.

The potluck dinner begins at 6:30 and the program follows at 7:30 p.m. Attendees are asked to bring a dish to share if they can, but are welcome even if they can’t. Those with last names beginning with A-H are asked to bring a dessert, I-P a main dish and Q-Z a salad.

NAMI-Yolo (a chapter of NAMI, the Nation’s Voice on Mental Illness) provides education, advocacy and support for people living with mental illness. For more information, call 530-756-8181 or visit www.namiyolo.org.
