The ongoing Active Older Adult Discussion Group will gather from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Small Conference Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis.
The group meets on the second Thursday of each month to explore aspects of the conscious aging movement, seeking to mine the wisdom of long lives and find effective ways to share and pass on legacies. Rabbi Zalman Schacter-Shalomi and Ronald Miller’s book, “From Age-ing to Sage-ing,” serves as a guide for discussion and activities.
No reservations are required for the free program. For more information, contact Joan Tuss at 530-757-5588 or [email protected]
