Parents’ Night Out planned Friday

By From page A3 | July 22, 2014

Parents who need a night out are invited to bring their children to Pole Line Road Baptist Church, 770 Pole Line Road, on Friday evening from 6 to 10 p.m. The program’s workers have undergone background checks and reference checks and have been trained in child care.

This month, kids will enjoy Vacation Bible School during Parents’ Night Out. In “Agency D3 — Discover, Decide & Defend,” children will become “secret agents” with their own evidence kit. They’ll discover facts and use reasoning to come to conclusions. Kids will want to come back next month as the investigation wraps up on Friday, Aug. 22.

The program is available to kids from birth through sixth grade. Children should be dropped off starting at 5:45 p.m. and are welcome for any part or all of the evening.

A $2.50 donation to help defray costs is appreciated but not required. For more information, visit www.polelinebaptist.org, email [email protected] or call 530-753-4315.
