By From page A3 | November 26, 2013

Treat yourself (and a friend) to tea this holiday season at the Pence Gallery, where guests will enjoy a tour of the “Pop Up! Three-Dimensional Children’s Books” exhibit by director Natalie Nelson, followed by refreshments in the main gallery at 212 D St. in downtown Davis.

The event runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, and also features a demonstration by jewelry artist Lesley Wrightson, who will show how she makes her unusual felted and beaded jewelry. Guests also can visit the gallery’s Holiday Market gift display. The tea includes a special gift bag and discounts on shopping.

Tickets are $14 for Pence members and $18 for nonmembers. To register, call the gallery at 530-758-3370.
