Peterson embarks on treat week

Nancy Peterson, a candidate for the Davis Board of Education, will greet voters at two delicious venues next week.

On Tuesday, see the kids off to school and then stop by Peet’s Coffee & Tea at The Marketplace, 1411 W. Covell Blvd., from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

If your mornings are too busy, how about a frozen treat on your way to after-school activities? Tutti Fruitti owner Eric Restrepo invites locals to meet Peterson from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday at 1520 E. Covell Blvd., Suite 1, next to Nugget Market.
