Program explores STEM careers for girls

Save a salmon, build a mecha, design a kaiju or breed a better cow. Girls can learn about these and other career opportunitiesĀ from leading women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields at an upcoming program in Davis.

The American Association of University Women will host an event from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, in the Blanchard Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St.
