Citizens for Clean, Reliable, Affordable Water will be at the Davis Farmers Market on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Proposition 218 protest forms. The market takes place in Central Park, Fourth and C streets.
“Even though Measure I passed, we still have the right to protest the huge rate increases that are proposed,” a group spokeswoman said. “Please stop by our table at the market and fill out a protest form. They must be mailed or hand-delivered to the city clerk’s office to be received by March 19.”
