Sutter Health will sponsor “Qigong Meditation for Health and Well-Being” from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Davis Holistic Health Center, 1403 Fifth St.

Participants will learn seated, standing and walking meditation practices that can help reduce stress, build strength and energy (qi), foster greater feelings of emotional harmony, enhance immunity and jump-start the body’s capacity for healing. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome.

The fee is $60, and space is limited. For more information or to register, contact Rebecca Pope, certified master of medical qigong, at [email protected] or 530-792-7127.
