Science Café set at Crepeville

UC Davis chemistry professor Susan Kauzlarich will discuss new materials that convert heat into electricity at a Science Café presentation at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Crepeville, 330 Third St. in downtown Davis.

Jared Shaw, an assistant professor in the UCD department of chemistry, is the café host.

The Science Café is a casual event at which a scientist can interact directly with the public to share his or her passion for science and answer questions on a particular topic. It is free and open to the public.
