Science Café takes place at Crepeville

The second in a monthly series of free conversations with UC Davis scientists will feature chemistry professor Frank Osterloh discussing recent progress in the development of sustainable energy sources.

The Science Café will begin at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Crepeville, 330 Third St. in downtown Davis, and will explore “Fuel From Water and Sunlight — How Science is Laying the Foundation for a Green Energy Revolution.”

The café is hosted by Jared T. Shaw, an assistant professor of chemistry, and is presented by the UCD Division of Math and Physical Sciences. Complimentary soft drinks will be provided for attendees.
