Science Café will meet at Crepeville

“Chemistry of Wine and Wine Flavor” is the title of a conversation with Sue Ebeler, a UC Davis professor of viticulture and enology, that will take place at the next Science Café session in Davis. Ebeler’s free talk begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at Crepeville, 330 Third St. in downtown Davis.

The event is hosted by professor Jared T. Shaw and presented by the UCD Division of Mathematical & Physical Sciences and department of chemistry.
