‘Sherlock Holmes’ comes to Woodland

The Woodland Opera House presents “Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure,” opening Friday, Jan. 20, and continuing through Feb. 12 at the Opera House, 340 Second St. in downtown Woodland. Curtain times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, with an additional matinee at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4.

The cast includes Simon Hunt as Sherlock Holmes, Scott Martin as Dr. Watson, Rodger McDonald as Professor Moriarty, Jason Hammond as the King of Bohemia, Alexandra Ralf Evans as Irene Adler, Dan Sattel as James Larrabee, Patricia Glass as Madge Larrabee and Steve Mackay as Sid Prince.

The show is directed by Bob Cooner. Set designer is John Bowles and costumes are designed by Denise Miles.

Main-floor tickets are $25 for adults, $23 for seniors and students and $12 for children 17 and under. Balcony tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children. They’re available online at www.woodlandoperahouse.org, at the box office or by calling (530) 666-9617.
