Sierra Club leaders have a full agenda
The Management Committee of the Sierra Club Yolano Group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 14, in the Blanchard Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis.
The agenda will include updates and discussions of The Cannery project, the forthcoming Davis solid waste management forum, the sewer trunk line rehabilitation project in the Wildhorse ag buffer and impacts on burrowing owls, legal challenges to the Gateway II project in Woodland, the proposed Berryessa-Snow Mountain National Conservation Area, and the proposed Walker Ridge wind turbine project.
Other local and regional conservation issues also will be discussed, as well as Yolano Group administrative matters. The public is invited to all Yolano Group meetings.
