Sierra Club leaders tackle wildlife, conservation issues

The Management Committee of the Sierra Club Yolano Group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the home of Ida Bryan, 1414 Clara Lane in Davis.

The agenda will include updates and discussions of the proposed Berryessa-Snow Mountain National Conservation Area, urban wildlife and farm land management issues in and around Davis, and the status of proposed restrictions on wood burning and single-use carryout bags in Davis. Other local and regional conservation issues will be discussed as well.

The public is invited to all Yolano Group meetings.
