The Sierra Club Yolano Group invites local residents to its festive annual holiday potluck dinner at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Blanchard Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis.

Guests are invited to bring their favorite dish to share and help the club strive to make this a “zero waste” event by bringing their own plates, cups, utensils and a cloth napkin. The Yolano group will provide beverages.

The presentation at the potluck will be by Sara Husby-Good, Tuleyome’s executive director, who will share stories and images of the Berryessa-Snow Mountain region. The permanent protection of the region is a national Sierra Club priority and the Yolano Group has contributed significant time and financial resources to this effort.

For more information, contact Alan Pryor at 916-996-4811 or ozone21@att.net.
