Logos Books, 513 Second St., has several events planned for May:

* El Círculo Español will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday. Check logosbooks.wordpress.com for topic information.

* La Table Française meets from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Check logosbooks.wordpress.com for topic information.

* The Quinton Duval Poetry Series hosts poets Katherine Hastings and Iris Jamahl Dunkle at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 9. Signed chap books will be for sale at the reception following the reading, at 8:30 p.m.

* Jeff Granett will display his plexiglass prints at the Second Friday ArtAbout, from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 10. A reception in his honor will feature chamber music.
