Spring qigong classes start Monday

Sutter Health’s spring qigong classes begin Monday at the Davis Holistic Health Center, 1403 Fifth St. The 10-week session runs through June 3 (no class Memorial Day), and beginning and experienced students are welcome in all classes.

A new class, “Qigong for Structure: Health Joints, Back and Bones” runs from 4 to 5 p.m. “Qigong for Women’s Health” runs from 5 to 6 p.m. and “Qigong for Stress and Fatigue” from 6 to 7 p.m. Space is limited.
