Suicide signs are focus of NAMI talk

NAMI-Yolo invites mental health consumers, family members, friends and concerned citizens to its next monthly potluck dinner and meeting from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Destiny Hall, 124 Lincoln Ave. in Woodland. Participation is free.

The guest speaker will be Sandra Black of the Education Development Center, on the topic “Know the Signs, Suicide Prevention in California.”

The potluck begins at 6:30 and the program follows at 7:30 p.m. Please bring a dish to share if you can, but you’re welcome even if you can’t. Those with last names beginning with A-H are asked to bring a dessert, I-P a main dish and Q-Z a salad.
