Local residents are invited to join Sutter Options for Success Weight Management Program, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 5 p.m. The program is facilitated by Wendy Gregor, a registered dietitian. It includes 12 weekly session on nutrition, exercise and behavior modification, followed by an optional nine-month support program.

“Our approach embraces the notion that lasting weight loss involves a lifestyle change, not a diet,” Gregor said in a news release. “Participants will be coached, encouraged and supported toward a healthier way of living.”

The program fee is $150. The meeting will take place at 2030 Sutter Place in West Davis. For more information, call Sutter Patient Education at 916-774-8885.
