Sutter qigong classes start Monday

Qigong classes sponsored by Sutter Health begin Monday, Sept. 23, and run for 10 weeks at the Davis Holistic Health Center, 1403 Fifth St. Both offerings are new classes. “Chinese Yoga” runs from 5 to 6 p.m. and “Qigong for Balance and Harmony” from 6 to 7 p.m.

The session fee is $140. Drop-in, if space allows, is $17 per class. New and experienced students are welcome.
