Tuleyome offers free nature lecture series

By From page A3 | April 13, 2014

Tuleyome is partnering with the Yolo County Library on a free “Nature and You” lecture series starting in June.

Piggybacking on President Obama’s STEM program — which seeks to encourage young women to enter the educational fields of science, technology, engineering and math — the series will feature female speakers addressing topics surrounding nature and Earth sciences, the ecology, climate change, clean watersheds and the wild landscapes in and around Yolo County.

More information on the series and how to RSVP can be found at the Tuleyome Meet Up site at: http://www.meetup.com/Tuleyome-Home-Place-Adventures.
