From page A5 | May 02, 2013 |

An introduction to Vedic chanting will be offered at a workshop from noon to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Davis Art Center, 1919 F St.

“We will use gentle yoga techniques for improving the voice, breath and stamina for chanting,” a news release said. “Celebrate the gifts of the spring season: new growth, ease and light.”

No experience is necessary. The fee is $30 for Art Center members and $40 for nonmembers. For more information, call Ann Rogers at 530-231-5115.
