Yolo County District Attorney Jeff Reisig and the District Attorney Victim Services Program will hold its first Victim Services Fair at E Street Plaza in Davis from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 25. It will provide the Yolo County community with information about the resources available to victims of crime and what steps people can take if they or a loved one needs help after a robbery or assault or other violent crime.
Many agencies from all over California will be providing information at the event and will be available to answer questions from the public. These include the Yolo County Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Center, McGeorge School of Law and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
There also will be a Rape Aggression Defense demonstration from UCD Police Department beginning at 4:30 p.m. After this, Kevin Twitchell and Peter Franklin will be playing classic rock, country/western and Hawaiian music.
