Voter registration deadline is Monday

Monday is the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 6 general election, the Yolo County Elections Office has announced.

A newly registered voter must be at least 18 years old on Election Day, be a resident of Yolo County for at least 15 days before the election, be a citizen of the United States and submit a properly completed affidavit of registration to the county clerk by Monday.

For more information and to register, visit http://registertovote.ca.gov, stop by the Elections Department in Room B05 at the County Administration Building, 625 Court St. in Woodland or call 530-666-8133.
