The Davis Waldorf School is sponsoring a Dandelion Play Group on three Saturdays this spring, offering an introduction to play the Waldorf way. Preschool teacher Trisha Lambert will lead the sessions, which will include inside and outside playtime.

Children will have a chance to play and explore in a protected environment and parents will be able to practice quiet parenting techniques. A light snack will be provided.

Sessions will run from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturdays, April 13, May 11 and June 15, at the school, 3100 Sycamore Lane in North Davis.

In addition, a parent information night is scheduled from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11.

The program is open to children age 1 and walking, through age 3. One non-mobile babe-in-arms may attend the class with his or her older sibling.

The fee is $60. To register, visit www.daviswaldorf.org, call the school office at 530-753-1651 or email [email protected],
