Are you already dreading the holiday bulge? Worry no more. Join the FIT House instructors for a “Burn the Bird” workout on Thanksgiving morning.

Jennifer Miramontes and Lisa Herrington, owners of the FIT House in Davis, are offering the free pre-Thanksgiving workout at 8 a.m. Thursday.

” ‘Burn the Bird’ will be a fun workout and a great way to kick-start your metabolism on a holiday that is filled with delicious food and drinks,” a news relese said. “No experience necessary and don’t worry, people of all fitness levels and ages will participate.”

The class will take place at Arroyo Park, 2000 Shasta Drive in West Davis. The group will meet in the swimming pool parking lot.
