Arthur is a handsome 1-year-old black neutered male German shepherd. He is very friendly with a tail that’s always wagging. Guppy, a little 1- to 2-year-old white and tan spayed female Yorkie/Silky mix, is a sweet cuddler who plays great with other dogs and loves to be around people of all ages. She’s full of personality. Both dogs would make wonderful family pets. They and many other dogs will be available for adoption from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday through Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue at the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland. The resort is between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. Visit RottsOfFriends.com to check out more than 50 dogs hoping for forever homes. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on their shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
