Poppy is a 1 1/2-year-old spayed female McNab border collie/German shepherd cross. She is obedience-trained and housebroken. Poppy plays well with other dogs and is a true joy to have around! Daphne, a 10-month-old spayed female Dalmatian cross, is a very fun-loving, good-natured girl who loves to play with other dogs. Daphne is very people-friendly, super-sweet and gentle. Although she is a Damatian cross, she will be a medium-sized dog in adulthood. Come meet Poppy, Daphne or some of the 50 other adoptable dogs during Rotts of Friends’ adoption event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland. The resort is between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. To get a sneak peek at the dogs, visit www.RottsOfFriends.com. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326.
