Tank is an adorable 6-month-old neutered male terrier mix. He is an outgoing boy who loves to be around people and plays well with other dogs. Wonder is a beautiful 1 1/2- to 2-year-old spayed female purebred Rottweiler. She is a very happy dog with a tail that never quits wagging. Wonder is very eager to please, calm and will make a perfect new best friend for some lucky person. Come meet Tank, Wonder and some of the other 50 dogs looking for homes during Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue’s adoption event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland. The venue is between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or visit RottsOfFriends.com. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
