Residents of South Davis were without power Saturday morning for more than two hours after a car reportedly hit a power pole.

An estimated 1,881 PG&E customers in neighborhoods south of Interstate 80 were without power from 8:09 to 10:35 a.m.

PG&E reported the cause was a vehicle hitting a power pole, though Davis police did not have details about where the accident occurred or if anyone was injured.

A planned outage also left a small cluster of homes in Woodland without power from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday.
