Carlton Plaza hosts talk on posture

As part of the Carlton Speaker Series at Carlton Plaza of Davis, 2726 Fifth St., Tiffany Pits will speak on postural health at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19. Her presentation is free and open to the public.

Pits will speak on the inevitable consequences of posture on one’s health, including the benefits of good posture and the detriments of bad posture. The presentation is one of many educational events hosted by Carlton Plaza of Davis that inform senior citizens about a range of topics that are important to them and their families.
