City booth due at Farmers Market

The once-a-month city of Davis booth at the Davis Farmers Market will be open from 9 a.m to noon Saturday in Central Park, Fourth and C streets. Council members Sue Greenwald and Dan Wolk will be available to answer questions about city matters.

The city manager’s office will be highlighted Saturday. Staffers will be on hand to answer questions about current city issues, such as the budget, the work of advisory commissions or the June election, which will include three council seats and a parks maintenance tax ballot measure.

City pamphlets and other materials will be available for pickup and ideas are welcome in the suggestion box.

The market booth is part of the council’s communication outreach efforts. For more information, call (530) 757-5602.
