		<description><![CDATA[And while this discussion is going on, would it be ok to ask the Public Works Department to light up the burned out street lights along 5th Street now?  The one at the corner of 5th and C by the Newman Center has been burned out for months (unless they fixed it in the last two weeks).  Crossing 5th Street as a pedestrian at ANY time is scary enough, let alone when it is pitch dark because the City has failed to re-light a burned out street light.  One of these days somebody is gonna sue the City for failure to provide a safe (transportation) environment.... and then we&#039;ll really get to see what the cost of maintenance is!!]]></description>
