Bring out your inner Michael Jackson at a “Thriller” dance flash mob planned for Wednesday, Oct. 31, by the Pamela Trokanski Dance Workshop as part of Artober, the monthlong celebration of the arts.

Four free rehearsals are planned so participants can learn the famous “Thriller” dance, taught by members of Trokanski’s teaching staff. All rehearsals are at the Pamela Trokanski Dance Workshop, 2720 Del Rio Place in Mace Ranch. The performance time on Halloween is a surprise but it will take place in downtown Davis.

Rehearsals are:

* Thursday from 4 to 4:45 p.m.;

* Friday from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.;

* Saturday, Oct. 27, from noon to 1 or 1 to 2 p.m.; and

* Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 5:15 to 6 p.m.

On the day of the flash mob, all of the dancers will meet in downtown Davis to perform the dance for the unsuspecting public.
