Computer Club members will learn travel tips

By From page A10 | August 23, 2013

Roger and Roberta Peeples will be the featured speakers at Monday’s general membership meeting of the Woodland Senior Center Computer Club Inc. Roger, a board member, will demonstrate a new travel tip using a cell phone and Internet antenna. He has shared other shortcuts to worry-free travel at past meetings.

His wife, Roberta, will present information she had planned for the club’s prior meeting but was unable to attend at the last minute.

The meeting, open to the public, will begin at 1 p.m. at the Woodland Community and Senior Center, 2001 E. Main St., Woodland. Light refreshments will be served. Membership in the group costs $12 per year and is open to all Yolo County adults interested in computers.
