NAMI-Yolo invites mental health consumers, family members, friends and concerned citizens to its next monthly potluck dinner and meeting from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Community Room at the Episcopal Church of St. Martin, 640 Hawthorn Lane in Davis. The room is at the rear of the church, accessible from the parking lot and the Hawthorn Lane entrance. Participation is free.
The speaker will be Cass Sylvia, Yolo County’s public guardian/administrator, who will talk about conservatorships for mental health clients.
The potluck dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and the speaker follows at 7:30. All are asked to bring a dish to share if they can, but are welcome even if they can’t. Last names beginning with A-H are asked to bring a salad, I-P a dessert and Q-Z a main dish.
