A bicyclist suffered minor injuries Monday night after colliding with a vehicle on Richards Boulevard, Davis police said.

Bradley Powell of Davis was biking in the 1000 block of Richards Boulevard when he was struck by a car that was exiting the parking lot of a business at about 7:45 p.m., Lt. Glenn Glasgow said. Powell was transported to an area hospital.

Police are investigating the cause of the collision, Glasgow said. The driver, 16-year-old Taylor Clark of Fairfield, was not hurt.
